Steve Wilcox was invited to join the Hudson Rotary Club in 1976 where he became President in 1989-90.  During his presidency the Hudson Daybreak Rotary Club was chartered and he has served as a member there since charter.  In 1999-00, he was the District Governor of Rotary District 5960, with responsibility for 67 Rotary clubs in Western WI, St. Paul, its suburbs and southeastern Minnesota.

This year marks his 6^th as the founder and chair of the District 5960 Vision Facilitation Team. To date, Steve along with 2 other facilitator trainers from his district have had the privilege of training over 350 district level Vision Facilitators representing 40 districts in North America.

He is a Rotary Foundation Alumnus having served D-5960 as the GSE Team leader to D-2430 in central Turkey, a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and Benefactor of The Rotary Foundation.

Steve served as D-5960 delegate to the Council on Legislation in 2007 and will again serve in 2010.

Boy Scouts holds a special place in his heart…for over 30 years he has served as an adult leader.  He currently serves the Northern Star Council board as V.P. of Technology as well as service on 2 other scout property related boards.

Getting involved on the board of the St. Croix Valley Community Foundation has provided Steve a new opportunity to learn while stimulating friends and neighbors to “legacy give”.

In 1999 Steve and his wife Terri founded their 6^th business, Resultants for Business, a business advisory organization focusing on planning facilitation, coaching owners and managers while implementing growth strategies for mid-market businesses.

“My wife, son and daughter have generated the support necessary to take the risk and enjoy the rewards of self-employment. Life's challenges and pressures are handled best with a great support system; for me, my family and friends have provided that encouragement.”

Terri and Steve have 2 children Chris, a recent business operations management graduate is an Operations Coordinator for Hedberg Aggregates and Kiira a junior at UW-Eau Claire in business management.

An avid sailor, Steve enjoys the water year around racing sailboats throughout the summer and sailing his iceboat on the Mississippi River in the winter.  The family enjoys all sports but skis together whenever possible summer or winter.
