 Background: 

Jennifer is a graduate of Northwestern University and served as the president for the Alumni Board of the School of Continuing Studies from 1998 - 2007.  Prior to joining the staff of Rotary International she was the administrative and program assistant for the Dean of the School of Continuing Studies at Northwestern, a marketing specialist for a network systems integrator, and the Marketing Director for a mid-sized accounting and business consulting firm.  Her decision to join the staff of Rotary International was driven by a desire to participate in an organization committed to positive change in the world beginning at the most fundamental levels of society, our local communities. 

Professional:

Jennifer is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the membership trends of Rotary clubs, and studying the state of membership through regional and worldwide surveys.   She also manages the web-based programs through which prospective and resigned Rotary club members can be connected with potential clubs. Jennifer has spoken to Rotarians and Rotary groups at all levels of the organization, including topic panels during Rotary Institutes and presidents-elect training seminars, and she has developed reporting training modules for club, district, and regional RI membership leaders.
